Does anyone know about putting blocks on at Chase Bank?

HI EVERYONE I MISSED YOU GUYS. I HAVE BEEN OUT SICK WITH ABSESS TOOTH FROM HELL WHICH PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL. ANYWAY I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PAYING OFF 2 MORE OF MY LOANS WHEN I GOT SICK TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR 2 EXTRACTIONS PLUS THE COST OF NEW BRIGEWORK. I GOT A MESSAGE TO CALL ONE OF THE PLACES BUT HAVE NOT HAD THE NERVE TO BECUASE NOW I HAVE DENTAL PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITH IN THE MEANTIME. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO THESE PEOPLE ANY ADVISE?

i have a bank account with union bank of California and i have too pdl one with cash net usa and one with magnum z if i close the account, can they open it again?

Hi, I am new here and like alot of you in trouble with credit card debt and hospital bills. I am being sued by Capital One in small claims, ($990.00) now and fear that more is to come. I spoke with an attorney before and they did not think the smaller companies would sue because it would not be worth their time and to just ignore them. Not anymore. They are the aggressive ones because now it appears they are going through the district Court system to get their money, or shall I say the third party who "bought" the debt and are using the original creditors name.

Ok so I went ahead and am putting some faith into OVLG. I am nervous obviously because the posts about being taken. They seem legit and everything is in the up and up, BUT....It seems like it will take such a long time. Their fees are lower than other reported sites and I have called to try and talk with the person who is supposed to be handling my account, but I get a voice mail and he has not called me back.

I posted this message on July 25th: I'm posting this one today August 4th: This company called me again on July 28th and offered me a settlement of $588.00 I mailed the payment that evening. I didn't even think to overnight the money order. I have been so stressed out and crying non stop and at my wits end. They said it had to be to them by the last day of July. Again with all the stress I just sent it postal mail. They called again today and wanted to know when I was going to pay the $392 I told the guy I accepted a settlement.

I have paid a debt in full with KCS Financial Services, Inc. I requested that they send me a paid in full letter. The rep stated that there would be a charge of $10. Has anyone heard of collection agencies charging to get this letter.

are they licensed to collect for a pdl in maryland?

Hello, my sister recently took out a car title loan in the amount of $1,900 from Cash Banc. I don't know to much about title loans, but she is having trouble paying it. She has made one payment of $513 which is the interest only. When she took the loan out she thought the payments were monthly, but they are every 2 weeks. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with these types of loans? If so, does she have any options?
