Does anyone have any experience dealing with Langhorne debt solutions to resolve their payday loan issues? I got in touch with them today, and wondered if anyone has had success in dealing with them.
I am the receptionist at my work and I someone just called to verify employment, I referred them to our corporate office (protocal) but recognized the number, so I looked it up and it was Geneva Roth/Loan Point, I'm guessing they are looking for me, since they didn't get their money because I closed my checking account. What do you think they are up to? :?:
Hello,
I am ready to take back control of my finances and have been following this board for the steps to take. Here is what I have outstanding; can someone tell me if these are legal? I am in Florida.
Interim Cash borrowed 250/pd 235
ameriloan borrowed 400/pd 240
Cash Advance Network borrowed 300/pd 780
One Click Cash borrowed 300/no payment yet
I think Interim Cash is overseas; when I call them it sounds like they are in India.
Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated!
I live in Md and have just been contacted by A.S. & Asso. about the loan I have with Natl Money Store for 350.00 The lady who called me says she needs a physical address to send a summons for check fraud I felt like they were threatening me or maybe trying to intimidate me about bringing me up on check charges/being a criminal.
I stated PDLare illegal in MD and I was not worried about a summons because I never hand signed any docs they were all done electronically..She said if I do not pay back they will serve me with a summons.
I have been paying on a retail cc for charges I made using my parent's account with their permission. Since his death no further charges have been made, but because I morally thought it my obligation to pay my portion of the charges I have continued to make payments. Thou the balance has dwindled, it still is not paid off I have exceeded the amount I charged. Can they make me continue paying. He died 16 months ago and no notice of death was sent to the company.
Well I received a reply from netcashusa. They want me to sign a "mutual release" and they will mark my account PIF. Should I sign this and fax it back to them?????
Just got off the phone with Cap One hoping to negotiate a settlement-no luck. The person I was speaking to was urged me to make a payment large enough to take me out of collections and put me back into Cap 1. She assured me that by doing this, Cap 1 would lift my already bad credit history with them of 177 days late and replace it with paid on time. Could this be true? If so, it might be worth it to try and resume paying these people off if I can swing it?
