I am going to be calling them this weekend. But, a question. It says on their site that they cannot assist members of the armed services because it could affect security clearances. Question 1: Why? Question 2: If the settlement is in my name only, would this still be an issue? thanks-

Does anyone know where to send a geneva roth payment. I do not want them taking moneyout of my account and i am willing to pay them back what i borrowed even though i didnt really authorize them to put money in my account. i.e. i was going to do a pdl but changed my mind and then several days later i had money in my account from this place i needed it so i spent it now they harrass me continuously and i live in ohio and just want to send them a money order so i would like a physical address because i also want to send it return receipt requested. thank you.

can you help with credit cards and pay day loans

Hello everyone, unfortunately i found myself in the payday loan trap. I am currently trying to resolve issues with two companies. B.I.G and Cashnetusa. I have actually paid B.I.G over 600.00 on a 250.00 loan that i obtained in dec. of 2007. Last month i borrowed 600.00 from cashnet usa, which "was" registered as a cso until earlier this week when they informed me that i would not be able to get an extension because my state of FL "just" mandated a law that does not allow for rollovers. And then they proceeded to tell me that i would have to pay them 669.00 in FULL on tue.

I received a call from Phoenix debt management a Ms. Bradford, they state they have 4 of my internet PDL's however she stated they could not provide a debt validation that that would have to come from they internet companies. I have another account with them and I was told that these other 4 were sent back to ASI so I contacted ASI and sent them a debt validation letter today. Anyways Ms. Bradford stated that if I don't give her my bank information today in like an hour for a settlement that they are going to send a wage assignment to my employer by way of the sheriff.

Does anyone have a geneva roth physical address that a money order could be sent to. For obvious reasons I do not want them having any of my account infor or my credit card number. Please advise thank you

Dave Kramer who runs debt jurisprudence.org is running a SCAM operation that cons people with student loan debts Private Or Government Backed Student Loans (Without Consumer Account Enrollment) Up To 3 Student Loan Accounts $4,500.00 Each Additional Student Loan Account $1,000.00 This scumball claims he can "eliminate" "government and private student loans but for starters it will cost you $4500 and $1000 for every loan account above 3 which is like every student now. This Kramer guy is a DIRTBAG.......somebody please shut him down!

Mitchell N. Kay called me today. They were very nice and are interested in collecting a debt that I do owe to a large credit card company. I am interested in paying my bill, but after reading all these memos on this website, I'm a little hesitant to try and resolve anything with them. Any suggestions?

I have been doing a lot of research on this site and reading people's stories. It seems as if there is no white knight in a black industry. I read a lot of people talk about how they need loans for medical expenses but the fees are too high... on the flip side I also read about people defaulting left and right forcing these companies to charge this high of a fee to become profitable like all companies try to be. I was wondering what the people on this message board see as an alternative to this 'desperately' needed loans.
