Does anyone know if they will work with store-front pdls My hubby and I have 2 storefront and 3 internet that are killing us. I am being sued by Worldwide Asset and Purchasing, LLC. Their attorney is Law Office of Rory Clark in West lake Village,CA. I do not even know what this debt is for and do not think it is legitimate. Anyhow I will file an answer in court within 30 days. However, I am unsure what happens after that. Can I contact Rory Clark and ask him to drop the suit because its not a legitimate suit? If there is any lawyers out there or if you have been through this before can you be kind enough to let me know happens after I file an answer with the courts? When exactly does discovery start?

I have been receiving calls from Encore trying to contact my daughter who has not lived at home for 10 years. She is across the country. How do I stop these calls?

I'm calling to try & negotiate with Citicard. I'm 146 days past due. The total balance is $2278.99 & minimum amount due 7/11 is $1,189.79.For the past year I've been paying them $60 a month.They keep calling but I don't answer.Yesterday my husband got a hang up call from "Unavailable" which Citibank calls from (only know this because I mistakenly answered once the "unavailable" but got scared & said I wasn't available).I don't want my husband to know about my debt so I think its time to call Citicard & see if they will work with me. What do I say to Citicard?

I dealt with 2 right away that were harassing me-Paycheck Today/ACA Recovery and Payday Loan Yes by the ACH Processers way and also ACA Recovery I have recorded messages that violated fdcpa(I have a lawyer I want to go see but have not had the money as of yet they have a consultation charge)-have not heard from them.
