My question is are the following lenders illegal in the state of Virginia?: Plain Green Loans, Cash Call, Great Plains Lending, Cash Net USA, Netcredit Also I saw a template for an ACH withdrawal and can't seem to find it again. Can you point me in the right direction please.

Pentagroup Financial contacted me at the beginning of the month regarding an alleged debt I owe. I didn't accept or deny responsibility for the debt, but I did tell them to send a letter to my mailing address so I could look into it. They sent the letter, saying I owe "CACH, LLC" (who I have no idea who that is), so I sent them the DV letter requesting more information, saying that I dispute the debt and request validation.

A lawyer company by the name of William Prescott called and said I owed a company by the name of Payday Yes and this was from 2009. I have never received anything in the mail about this and he said they send everything by email they sent it to my previous work e-mail they said It is Nov of 2012 and they are saying they are sending a police man out tomorrow ith papers to sue me for the amount of over $3000 and the amount they said I borrowed was $900 Can they sue me and why haven't I been contacted before now?

Hi i have two loans one of them i didnt know i had called hydra fund iii...the other is liberty group....what i want to know is...are both of them legal to lend in texas... and if not what can i do about it... if they are legal...have i paid too much been paying 90 on both of them since august 17 2012...last payment was november 9 2012
