Is it legal for Vist to charge you twice a month and not take any money off the loan amount?:confused:

I just got the weirdest phone call from a fast-talking woman who mentioned an old pay day loan from 2007. She was talking so fast I don't think she even mentioned her name and I couldn't even understand the company name she was calling from. She called from a blocked number. Asked about my old bank account that was now closed and eanted to know where to get a hold of me and what county I lived in to contact the court system here. Then she thereatened to take me to court and sue me. I told her go ahead I don't have any money.

I have a HELOC with PNC that has been charged off. Balance is 33842.12. I called them today to discuss a settlement. They previously offered me a settlement that we could not take because it was a lump sum amount which we did not have. Today the lady I spoke with simply said there are no settlement offers at this time, it is due in full. What should I do from here? Anyone know how hard it is to settle with PNC???? Any and all advice appreciated.

Just got a call from United Pre-Litigation out of GA. Telling me that I owe them 390.00 from a Payday loan I took out from JHS Mktg. They claim to have bought the debt and advised me that they will file against me in my hometown and will take me to court. I see a number of posts about similiar companies, I just want to make sure that my response if any is the appropriate one. Any help would be appreciated? Luke

And they state that St. Armands group have put a claim on me. And I need to set up a payment with them today as to avoid further actions. What should I do?
