I want to submit this for the collector to show proof. Can someone help me with a template or give me an idea of what to write. I need them to show me proof that they own this account, contract of sale, original contract with my signature, etc, can someone help? Thanks

in the process of filing for bankruptcy in ohio talked with rauser & associates. thought i would see if any one has used them. looking at chapter7 have about 6500.00 in pdls 16 internet & 3 storefront & about 20000.00 in other debt.

I currently have 2 $300 payday loans for a total $600. They continue to take $90 each = $180 every 2 weeks from my checking account. I have paid one of the companies for over 1 year now the $90 bi-weekly fee and have been unable to repay any of the principal balance. One company is Loan Point USA (which I believe operates via the name Geneva Roth Capital) I applied at Loan Point USA but somehow Geneva is the company that takes the fees out of my account. (This is the company I continue repaying) More recently I received the second payday loan I currently via ameriloan.

I want to consolidate my debt, I loss my job and only have my military retirement, will this affect my credit if I get help.

My wife and I have 36k in cc debt. We are having problems making the monthly payments. We have called several credit counseling places, but they all seem to hardly change the monthly payment amount so we haven\'t signed up yet? Any advice?

My date of birth is wrong on my credit report. It shows me as 20 days younger. should I dispute it or leave it alone.

I have an odd question. Macy's is listed on my credit report. It shows on all 3 with a past due of $308 as of October 2006 and 150 days past due. Shouldn't it be charged off? Here is what it says: MCYDSNB Address: 9111 DUKE BLVD MASON, OH 45040 No phone number available Account Number: Address Identification Number: Status:Closed/Past due 150 days. $40 past due as of Oct 2006.
