Does anyone know if there is a way to postpone one of the payments on the blueridge law group schedule. I need to put a months worth of the fees towards my home utilities. hello, if anyone could offer an advice please help: in 1997 I was in college in MA and signed a promissory note for about 3000$. I was poor and not able to pay off that loan as I left the college after they did not offer full finananical aid. somehow over the years they calculated those 3000 to have reached 28000. I never signed any additional documents. They were never able to get in touch with me but the debt has been sold over and over again as I had to ask in writing several credit collectors to stop harassing me since the debt was over SOL.

I have sent letters to Cash Call and the AG in SD and CA. SD sent me a response that Western Sky had 20 days to respond. California gave me a different address and number to better assist me. I have resent letters to Elissa Chavez (may not be spelling it right since I don't have my notes in front of me) and Cash Call almost daily and I have received only two responses. Both saying my balance and that if i'm unhappy with the terms to pay it off. I borrowed 2600 and paid over 5000. I tried asking for a refund.

I had a loan with My Money Chest -- Lainsbridge LLC (mymoneychest.com) for $900 and paid $1,143.00. I live in Indiana and sent the ACH and wage assignment revocation (closed my bank account and opened a new one at another bank). Today they responded they are not a payday loan company, but offer a "line of credit" and the bi-weekly payments I made were fees to keep the account active until I could pay down. They also said they were licensed in all states. I asked for their Indiana business license # and they responded to go to their website and it would provide all information I needed.
