Weren't through rough times of course opened up some loans and have been paying but recently my checking account was compromised eyeteeth someone gaining abscess to my checking account opening a pay day loan and other things.I caught it in time and my bank confirmed , closed my account and filled a police report.I live in Houston Texas.the IP address was from Cal.I WAs told That one of the company's either sold my information or it WAs stolen.it got me thinking and worried and now wondering if any of these companies listed are legit or license in Texas United cash Cash Web USA Green trust Arch

Does anyone know if there is a way to postpone one of the payments on the blueridge law group schedule. I need to put a months worth of the fees towards my home utilities. I only have 6 more payments so and one more lender to pay off. I am torn about what I can to in this situation. I want to complete the program to resolve the last debt. :confused:

hello, if anyone could offer an advice please help: in 1997 I was in college in MA and signed a promissory note for about 3000$. I was poor and not able to pay off that loan as I left the college after they did not offer full finananical aid. somehow over the years they calculated those 3000 to have reached 28000. I never signed any additional documents. They were never able to get in touch with me but the debt has been sold over and over again as I had to ask in writing several credit collectors to stop harassing me since the debt was over SOL.

I have sent letters to Cash Call and the AG in SD and CA. SD sent me a response that Western Sky had 20 days to respond. California gave me a different address and number to better assist me. I have resent letters to Elissa Chavez (may not be spelling it right since I don't have my notes in front of me) and Cash Call almost daily and I have received only two responses. Both saying my balance and that if i'm unhappy with the terms to pay it off. I borrowed 2600 and paid over 5000. I tried asking for a refund.

I had a loan with My Money Chest -- Lainsbridge LLC (mymoneychest.com) for $900 and paid $1,143.00. I live in Indiana and sent the ACH and wage assignment revocation (closed my bank account and opened a new one at another bank). Today they responded they are not a payday loan company, but offer a "line of credit" and the bi-weekly payments I made were fees to keep the account active until I could pay down. They also said they were licensed in all states. I asked for their Indiana business license # and they responded to go to their website and it would provide all information I needed.
