People - I have been receiving phone calls for a Christopher Westbrook on my number which I have had for almost 4 years. I have talked to at least four people at your company to tell them to remove my phone number from your contact list, since it is obviously not the right one for contacting Mr. Westbrook. Each time I have been assured that this will be taken care of, but then after a couple of weeks the calls start up again!! I am really tired and angry about these annoying calls interrupting my privacy at home. The phone number to remove is xxxxxx.

Since I closed my bank account, do I need to let the pdl's know they will not be able to withdraw from the old account and that I will only be paying what I owe my money order?

Has anyone from Wisconsin filed Chapter 128(an alternative to bankruptcy, in which you consolidate debt and pay monthly installments for 3 years)? How is it working for you? Any good/bad experiences to share? I'm curious to know how long the filing process takes and if any creditors refused to go on the program.

After sending my letter of DV is there anything to stop the debt collector from just disposing (selling)the account to avoid the headache of validating the debt? Sorry if this has been asked many times before.

When my husband and I separated, he had one car and I had the other. Unknown to me he stopped paying the loan on the car he had which was in both our names and the car was soon repossessed. He took full responsibility for this in the divorce settlement and I have the paperwork from the lawyers reflecting this. How do I get this removed from my credit record?

In my credit report, I see Account Name: lvnv funding llc Account Owner: Individual Account Type of Account : Open From SOL of Georgia, I see Written contract: 6 years from from the date of last payment.

These people has scared me to death I had taken out a payday loan with Ace in Dec I had a heart attack and ws off work my bank closed my account ,I owed Ace 1200 hundred dollar I made a payment of 600 dollars in may and I made arrange to pay the remaining balance this company called me on today and stated that I had until 10 Am in the moring are someone would be at my house to arrest me ,she stated that I needed to borrow the money I requested that she not call my job any more ,I was so fearful that I left work and is afraid to go back what should I do

I want to settle a judgemeent but would like it removed from my credit while I'm making payments toward the debt. Is that an option?
