These people are rediculus. They call and call, and demand that i pay ore than I can. I offered to pay I told themn I would pay 250.00 even though I knew I could not cause they wouldnt let me do lower than that. They called today and siad that I had to pay offered me a settlement offer, and I am broke at the moment. i offered to pay $50.00 he did not want that, and they said today was the last day they could go, that the clients or whatever would not go anymore and that I had to pay something today.

I have been fighting the PDLs myself the past few months with mixed results. I am still having issues with some of them and do not have the time to deal with them. I am considering T&C, but I want to know if things get better using them or not? if anyone can post on this thread a success story after using T&C, i would appreciate it!

I LIVE IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND HAVE DEFAULTED ON 2 PAY DAY LOANS THIS PAST WEEK. MY LOAN FOR GFS WAS 300.00 HAVE PAID 900.00. MYPAYDAYLOAN.COM WAS 9OO.00 HAVE PAID OVER 1500. I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME LETTER AS OTHERS ABOUT MPDL BEING OUT OF THE STATES AND HAVE STATED TO THEY THAT THIS LOAN WAS AGAINST THE LAW UNDER THE SOUTH CAROLINA PDL ING LAWS.WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I currently have a loan with B.I.G. I took out a $300.00 loan and have paid back $225.00 to date. I am no in default, but not going anywhere. I live in Texas. How do i go about settling with this company?

OK, I know these are not PDL's and that they are legal. Think Cash and Cash Call are backed by First Bankof Delaware and Brookwood by Bank of Sioux Falls South Dakota. All three of these loans are installment loans that charge 96% monthly!

have been watching this board and another for a while and want to say it is full of GREAT advice. It has been extremely helpful so far. I think my new situation may be a bit different from the norm. Great Seneca received a default judgement on me in 2006. I was never served. They sent the letter to my old address with my premarriage name on it. My credit report was up to date (to my knowledge since I had other bills I was paying). The court even had a copy of the envelope that said "return to sender wrong address" I sent a letter to the judge asking her to set aside the default judgement.

Can I ask for debt verification and validation after agreeing to pay. If the creditor stops sending statements to me?
