CTC ...need a pep talk and some help

Okay - so here is my perdicament. I sent a c/d to Cash Transfer Centers - and also an outline of revoking a wage assignment and account access. They won't respond. Any emails are told me to go to a payment processing department. And to call them. They keep calling my home, my work (for employment verification?) and my references. What do I do now? Call the payroll processing department they give me or stand still?

 

Whew this is exhausting

Well... update as promised. My debacle's with internet payday lenders CTC, VIP Cash, VC funding, and E-Payday-Loan and new on the scene (from 2005)Quikpayday, ameriloan, and United Cash Loans...

I got this from their website today. I mean what are these pple talking about. They state they are not in the US so the payday laws do not apply to them. What is this supposed to mean?? I paid them $148 towards a $200 loan. In the past I overpaid them $800 on a $200 loan. I closed my account and am requesting a PIF!

Has anyone consolidated their loans with a company? Does it work? What's the best company? What are the start up fees and do all fees go to pay the loans? Help is greatly appreciated. :o)

Are collectors making calls to your home allowed to leave a message with the amount you owe on a debt on your telephone answering service, particularly if the answering service is a device heard by anyone in the room?

I have three payday loans. The first one is with National Payday Loan Center. I borrowed $300 and have paid $360 to date in fees. I just learned about the law in Illinois about payday loans. This company is not following the law. How can I get out of paying the any more money. The other two are with VC Funding and Power Funding. I borrowed $300 from each and was not able to pay when the time came. They have turned me over to Phoenix debt management. I know I owe the money, but at this time I don't have it and they are being unrealistic about payments.

I was checking out old posts here on the pdl I have and I noticed that someone late last year, actually filed for mediation before the PDL company...So I did a little research and found that in Franklin County we have a mediation for PDLs, so I contacted them and asked if I could ask before the PDL and this is the repsonse I got back: Mediation is not a formal court filing, it is an informal request for the parties to discuss the matter and possibly come to agreement.
