Hi, I signed up for the forum a few years back, and I was so stressed at the time I made some bad decisions, such as using my actual name on the forum , and now people sometimes employers are noticing when they go to look for me online, and I really dont want that to happen. is there any way to change the name that displays on previous posts and my 'main page' or just delete them entirely?

Well after much thought about my entire situation, PDLs 4 of them and the credit cards being past due I've decided to sign up with T & C. I had called them last year, and thought I could do it myself, well we know that didn't work! I'm sure I'll get crazy calls from the PDLs, but this is the best course of action. I have to be able to live and provide for my kids. I called them today they assured me they work with all my PDLs all the time, (she said they might hassle me), but they will work with them finally at some point.

How can this company buy the account from an illegal pdl (JVC Processing) and try to collect on it? I just received a letter from NCA saying they bought the account from JVC. I sent letters to JVC requesting a pif and sent them the laws back in April with absolutely no response at all. I overpaid them by 260.00 and now NCA says it wants 320.00. How do i respond to them?

I am at that point where most likely next month (June)will not be able to pay not even the min. on my credit cards, any help or suggestion is very welcome and much appreciated, Thank you ahead of time! JEC

What is the best debt consolidation loan? What are usual rates for less than perfect credit?

Is anyone familiar with them?? I have called the automated system and also went to signmyloan.net and it says that they can not locate the account. I over paid them by 190.00 and sent them a letter, i did not get a response but now my info is gone. Does this mean they won't try to collect or is that wishful thinking?

I've noticed on my credit report, that on the original creditor account, there's a recent payment for $xx made to the account, it doesn't show the date. I did not make any payment! I'm sure it was the CA trying to re-age the account!! I have a letter ready to be sent to the credit bureau disputing this strange "recent payment", but I hesitated because both accounts (CA & OC) are estimated to be removed from my report on 5/08. Is it possible for the CA to make an illegal payment onto my account just to re-age it and keep on my credit for longer?

I just got a call from a JERK from ACS. I have a home equity line that with so much going on in my life, I defaulted. I owe $19000. I initially got a call last week from this guy who said that I had to pay $3000 to get a payment arrangement. Now who has that kind of money just laying around like that? I told him that I am willing to pay it but just can't afford the down payment. He kept overtalking me, saying, "so you aren't going to take care of this?" After I told him that I never said that, he got so rude that I hung up. What's the worse can happen?
