I received a call from landmark litigation informing me that i owed a company x amount of money and they needed payment arrangements or i would be summons at work or at home. I set up payment arrangements but come to think of it, i dont have any documentation from them stating that everything would be cleared or a return number. Should i still keep my end of the arrangement?

I just received a letter from the State of South Dakota Office of Attorney General dated 11/8/2012 stating that they have forwarded the complaint I filed to Western Sky. Western Sky has 20 days to respond. Has anyone else filed a complaint with the SD AG and if so what happened? I would like to know if I should expect increased pressure from CashCall or what.

how can i find out if a payday loan is licensed in Texas?

I had taken out a couple of loans. They were Cash Direct Express, Sure Advance, and Western Sky/Cash Call. I had borrowed $700 and paid $1573.60 from Cash Direct Express. I had borrowed $700 and paid $1392.84 from Sure Advance. I had borrowed $2525 and paid $2525 from Western Sky/Cash Call. I had sent e-mails to Cash Advance and Sure Advance asking for refund. They e-mailed back that they considered the loans paid in full but were not issuing any refunds. I sent an e-mail to Cash Call saying that the loan was paid in full. They responded saying that I still owe over $2800.

Can anyone tell me if this co is a cso. If so how do I handle this loan in ohio.

I have closed my bank account and opened a new one, my bank was very helpful. Now I need advise on what to do in regards to notifying my HR dept. I keep reading about a letter that I should give them.. What is it?..and is there an example or form letter someone can share, secondly what does this letter prevent the PDL's companies from doing
