Cashcentral worked with me on an EPP last week, and my first payment was going to be taken out of my account(which is a separate account from my regular bank) on 5/12. They haven't withdrawn anything yet, and when I log into their site, it does show my first payment due 5/12, and a message stating "we are unable to loan to you at this time". I'm not sure what to do, because I have all the paperwork that agreed my first payment would be withdrawn on Monday....I could sure use that money to pay utility bills, so I'm wondering if I should contact Cashcentral to ask what's going on?

I have horrible credit (3 chargeoffs) and about 8 months of late car payments. I have since settled my finances and soon would like to buy a house. My wife has very good credit (780) and mine is about 490. My question is, how long after I get the chargeoffs settled will I be able to buy a house? When applying for the home loan, how will my credit affect the mortgage company's decision? Do they take the median of the 2 credit scores or will they see mine and swiftly send it away to the denied pile?

I have all three of these cards on my report. I want to pay them off. They all state on CR that they were charged off, but there is no listing for a CA with those accounts. All the balances are still showing for all 3 cards. I'm just not sure how to go about contacting the OC's in this case, since they obviously charged them off, but there is no record of who the debts were sold to. Any advice?

Hi all - I have a friend who is converting from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 due to foreclosure on their home (a familiar story these days, sad to say), and I don't know how to help him with this question. So maybe you can shed some light on this for me! He has an outstanding utility bill for gas & electric from his foreclosed house and he has been paying on that, plus his utility bill for the new house - both accounts have been combined together, making a pretty high bill to pay.

I have used credit way too much and now find myself with $140,000 in unsecured debt. I make a good salary ($180,000/year) and want to get the debt consolidated. I do not have equity in my house so that is not an option. Any suggestions?

Hi, my husband and I have credit cards with Wells Fargo, Capital One, HSBC and American Express. My husband also has a loan w/ Capital One. Are any of these companies impossible to settle or do any that you know of only wish to go through an agency in your experience?

Does anyone know the processors for payday services and paycheck now?

I am about to default on my payday loans. I have renewed them so many times, I get close to paying them off and then I have to take a new one to pay the old one and keep the fees paid. I need help. Where do I start? What do I do? How do I get out of this mess?

BEFORE I RANT AND RAVE---one PDL closed my case IMMEDIATELY-RIGHT FROM THE START-THANK YOU! well, my other pdls in NC I found out I am on my own---NO REFUNDS!!!NO PIFS!!NO AGS willing to help--actually one emailed me after I emailed him three times and sent a letter and he said CASE CLOSED!!!!NO BBBS WILLING TO HELP--all are closed with them!!! my state ag's office today said either pay them or let them go to your credit report!!! Thats it.

I notice that some settlement companies use a lawyer and some dont. Does anyone know if its better to have a lawyer on board your settlement company or doesnt it really matter?
