Hey, I have a quick question - I received a phone call from 1-866-489-0979 and a voicemail from them as well. I called back to see who it was and a recorded voice said “you have reached 866-489-0979” than a person answered "Hello, how can I help you?” I hung up because I was scared it was someone I sent a DV/C & D letter to and didn’t want to make a mistake by speaking to someone on the phone.

Does anyone know what the Statute of Limitations on debts is in Ohio?

I have about $13000 debt owed to different credit card companies and one unsecured loan. I havent' paid anything for 6 mo. or more. What can I do? Should I call my creditors?

How does one get a loan for combing all the debt together? I'm recently divorced and in order to keep my house and prorety I had to take a lot of debt and its killing me paying it all, the problem is I can't find a loan to put it all together.

I just got an email from edollarsdirect customer service because I had forwarded my cease and desist letter requesting my refund and they said..... "READ THE TERMS OF THE LOAN THAT YOU SIGNED" They typed it in all caps and that was all that was said. Any suggestions to how I should respond to this. They are illegal in Ohio.

This was too long to put in the title but i received a call from a CA bout an unpaid balance from my old apartment complex. But i received nothing from the apartment complex saying i even had a balance at all. And i can confirm they still have my phone number and address so they had no excuses to not get in touch with me to let me know bout my balance. I was wondering if their is any law against this so i can back my selfup. (just to clarify i have no problem paying what i owe but i do not want to pay the CA fee when i wasn't even aware of the unpaid balance.

Hello, Almost every day I am receiving a call from the "Financial Crimes Division," saying I have committed wire fraud, blah blah. The person identifies themself as Daniel Fleming or Richard Hamilton, but it is the same person every time and they are definitely Indian and speak very poor English. I keep telling them to stop calling me at work but they continue to keep it up. It has become a joke in my office, they call so often that everyone has gotten a chance to talk to them. However, I don't find it so funny.

So after arguing back and forth with Cash Supply for 7 months, they FINALLY agreed to accept the principle on my loan as a PIF.
