Okay, this is total BS. Why did an answer win for that question of the week that says to sell CD's? The answer that was number 1 for the whole time talked about a bunch of different options, while the one that "won" only talked about one thing, and it's not even something that would apply to everyone? I checked yesterday, and that answer was not number 1. Is Admin just picking the person they like? That winning answer is clearly not the best answer. This is total bullsh**.

I am really having a ruff morning! I'm so over this entire situation, the stress is killing me....I wake up every morning so nerous and feeling like I'm going to cry all day...I'm making progress but its taking soooo long. I'm so worried about my credit cards I've not made any payments since Feb or March. I never miss payments like this. But to get these pdls taken care of I have no choice. The phone rings off the hook daily. Once I get the pdls taken care of it will be July (I think) I just so worried about what will happen with the credit cards, how I'm I going to get them straight?

Hi everybody, I’m new to this forum and found it interesting and helpful. I browsed it thoroughly and found many answers to many of my unanswered questions on debt. But I couldn’t find the answer of my specific query:- Can I consolidate both credit card debt and Private Student Loan under one program? (Right now I am pursuing my studies and have taken both federal as well as private student loan. In addition to this, I have also accumulated debt on two credit cards.

I am about 15,000 in debt, a full-time student working a part-time job, and only bring home $1,200/month. I can't afford high payments. can your company help me and if so, how?

this is on my credit report just states unpaid 102.00 but does not give address or phone. I am assuming this is a collection agency, anyone familiar with them.

I just got paid and I am $286.00 in the overdaft. Please help me as you can see I am way over my head.

I need a little help, I am preparing to send my part of the discovery to the CA. I'm using the same template that the CA used, only I am deleting their information and adding mine. lol Do I basically ask for the same stuff I would ask for in a validation letter, but in the format of the basic civil procedure forms, or does the defendant use a different type of form?
