My mother received an attorney advertisement regarding the following recent public record: Palisades Collection LLC vs. (my mother's name). My mother has not been well lately and does not recall receiving a letter from Palisades Collection. I am trying to help correct her situation, but I am not sure where to start. Any suggestions?

It's been such a sad day for me. My pet cat, which was 19 years old passed away last night. She was such a fighter, and so spunky. She was just like my little child. hello all im a 23 year guy and for the past 2 years i was playing online pokker at various pokker sites like partypokker,pokkkerstars,fulltilt, and a few others. well i winded up losing alot of money. i bounced checks with click2pay,neteller,citadel, and a few others. what i wanna know is can these companies come after me for the money and take me to court and prosecute me for bouncing checks with them.

Also, do I have to still pay the premium if I have over paid the principle from the interest/fees I pay every two weeks? The companies I am dealing with are: 1. From reading the messages regarding PDLs I am not sure if I have all the info needed to fight these PDLs. All that I am listing are licensed in AZ. I can't find a site that tells me if they are members of CFSA. Secondly, for the ones I have over paid I am not sure how to approach them. Do I write them a letter or call and let them know they owe me a refund and I am not planning to pay anymore? Last question, I have a quote from a PDL settlement company. Has anyone ever heard of PDL Assistance?

Can anyone provide one? I am looking for something related to the compliance department. I am tired of dealing with UFC and I want to go straight to MTE. Thanks
