I signed up for the free debt counseling on this site and they reccommended Superior debt relief. But after reading through lots of others posts, I see there are complaints about them too. Is there such a thing as an honest company? I have not signed up with anyone yet, but need help to find an honest one that will do what they say and help me get out of debt. So far I have checked out Superior Debt Relief, DMB, Curadebt, debt settlement usa and Allegro Law LLC.

I applied for a loan with Usa Payday Loans. They sent me an email stating that I needed to send more information such as bank account, paystub,etc. I did that and after a minute I had second thoughts. Well, when I called them she asked me to verify my social and of course I gave her a false one and the lady was like you have one more time to give me your correct social or we are going to turn you over to there fraud division and local authorities. Is that something they can do? I wasn't trying to defraud them.

[font=Arial][/font][color=Blue][/color]Well my story is not really any different from anyone else who has been trapped by a pay day loan. In my case me and my wife were both trapped. Just yesterday I spoke with a debt settlement company who supposingly specializes in settling pay day loan debt in 12 months, but when they add their fees the amount I was suppose to pay back in loans is actually higher.

RAB Inc Regional Adjustment Bureau company is calling me non-stop at home, at work and now on my cell!! I called them and told them that I DID NOT want them to call my cell phone, as I am charged for those calls. Well the little B***H on the phone told me "oh yes we can call your cell phone and you need to pay your bill", I told her she was a joke and hung up. I can't take this anymore, I've told them to stop calling my place of employment as well, but it just does not stop. These people are SO rude and demanding. What can I do????

We really do not want to do fast cash pay day loans, but we are in need of funds to keep our home what should we do? Our home is for foreclosure sale on the 28th of this month and we need just another $1000 to do our modification.

So a couple of days ago, I get this call at work from some lady at RC Corp. She states I owe some debt and that she has tried to reach me for 2 months now. Not true because I've never heard of her. I tell her I'm at work and I'll call her when I get home. So I call her and get her voice mail which I leave a message. Today she calls, more rude. She says I didnt return her call to which I say yes I did. She wants to argue about it then since I didnt call her she is going forward with a judgement and wants to know if I will be home to receive papers.

I started receiving letters from Asset Acceptance this year, with offers of like it's St.Patrick's Day so we're offering you to pay only HALF of what you owe if you make that payment and so on. I was foreclosed on my home in 2002 due to alot of reasons, and I had set up payment plans with all my creditors to pay off my accounts. Problem is, I lost the papers when the house was closed up by the sheriff's office so I have no proof, but I did take care of my debts, just not the house . I believe the SOL is 7 years (it was in New York) and it's just about 1 year left.
