Hello, has anyone ever heard of these people. I received a letter on the mail yesterday in reference to a home alarm service I had, and when I lost my home on Oct 2005 (Hurricane Wilma) i spoke to three different people in the alarm company and cancelled this service because I did not need it till my home got repaired. Now I rec this letter stating that I have a balance of $1182.97 and that i need to pay it within 30 days to avoid further actions. (Always something)

Everyones desk .. I just found out CTC called 5 different people at my company .. LOL What can I do to make them stop this?

Does anyone know who the principal owner is for Cashnet? I don't know how to find the info.

Ok two things first I am a little confused I thought payday loans were not legal in pa. That if they were online i had to follow that states laws. Bu t i also read where some stated in pa they are legal if they are licensed somewhere. Second i received a call from someone claiming they are alan parker investigator for collecting on a loan did not say what company. he called my job a few times stating that if i did not pay by 04/08 they will file fraud charges with the district attorneys office. i am sick i have a 10 month that is sick i am so stressed.

Has anyone heard of this collection agency? I can't seem to find any info on them at all.
