I am German and had to come over to the States because my husband is in the military! Everything was fine and even with the child support he has to pay we where doing fine. Even at the beginning I didn't had a job and our daughter didn't went to school. Yes things changed, little one started school I found a job at AAFES and still we where doing good.... Now the big mistake came and my husband helped a young mother which was in the Army and the husband was at Basic training to get a new car because their car broke down, So he co-signd and was the primery owner.

Hello, I have the following internet PDL in Ohio... 500 Fast Cash - $300 Impact Cash -$300 United Cash - $300 Summit Group - $300 Sandpoint Capital - $300 Loan Shop - $300 In each case, I've paid most of what I've borrowed up (if not all). I've read in other posts about illegal loan companies in Ohio. Do any of these companies qualify under that banner????? Help!

I will be paying off a debt to an attorny's office.(janovivh&Block).Tey told me a few months that I will also owe a 6% interst fee also,plus courts costs.I was making making payments before they got involed and they sued so I counter sued.They called right away and just wanted me to make payments to them.I thought I read somewhere that a debt collector cannot add more interest then the orginal debt and that any fee's are to be paid by the collection agency.Also I feel that since I paid the court fee's to counter sue it should offset there fee.

got my credit report and pallino was on it so i did some research on them and got this site they are stating i have a loan for 995 dollars that was a joint account that i never took out. disputed it on my credit report all i got was the pallino name i dont even know where this loan came from how do i get this info

Got a cell phone call from 309-670-0319 At about 3:45PM March 22, 2008. Apparently, they tried talking over my voice mail, so the only part of message I got was the number. People have gotta learn I can't be interrupted in the middle of the night!! When this call came in, I'd been sleeping for 4 1/2 hours! Any information on number is appreciated. Thanks. Keith

Hi all, my wife just got a letter about an unpaid? book club debt its for 81dollars 96 cents. the letter states its from an account opened in january2 2004 its from RJM so its over 4 years ago. they have given her a date to respond by of April 28th 08, I am not aware of any debt my wife has. I have never seen any paperwork regarding this bookclub since we have been married. Is this debt for real? I have been reading some of the other post regarding this debt agency, Things just don't seem too be right. Any help would be great ty.
