hello, its me again. I will get a list of all my loans and post them. My loans were internet loans and as i stated i have been receiving threatning messages and emails from them stating I will lose my job becuase they will come and prosecute me for fraud.

I just wanted to say, that I had a court date with these fools on March 13th, (Wolpoff & Palisades). They filed a Withdraw without Prejudice back on February 8th, had me show in court and they never showed. The case was withdrawn by them. They violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collections Act. I put in writing to them what they did and got all my paperwork together to go to court. They don't like paper-trails and they definitly do not like anyone who knows the law when it comes to consumers rights! Good Luck to All!

I received a phone call at work today. The man said that he was from US National Bank. He said that I owed on a payday loan from 2005. I only had taken out two loans in 2005, but I paid them back. He says that I owe 350.00. I asked for documentation.He said,they can give anything in regards to this matter. Just pay the money. I don't want to pay because I do not have any proof of this loan. He has threaten to come and have me arrested. What should I do? This is not the first time I received a call like this. I received another one two weeks ago with the same thing.

I have a few payday loans that i applied for on line. i have been paying renewal fees that are ove teh amount i actually borrowed. I have tried to work with this company but they could care less. can any way send me or show me where i can find pennsylvania rules on fees and how long a loan can be taken, rollovers ect. I have collectors calling me threatning me telling me i am committing fraud they even called my job and told the manager unless i made arrangement they would have the police come to get me what can i do. please help. i closed my account but they are still harrassing me.

I was going over my credit report and some company by the name of Zip Report/Tenant Screeners(Reseller) did an inquiry on 1/2008. Does anyone know anything about this or heard of this. I have lived in the same place for awhile and my last place 6 years ago I did include that in my bankrupty/Chptr 7. Could they have sold my old debt that was charged off as a bad debt? :?

Everyone - I feel the time has come for me to resign my position as a Moderator on this site and allow others to fill in the gap. I find myself without the required time to sit and answer questions here, and it seems when I do find time to sit down and try to answer questions, there are really no unanswered ones - my "space" here has already been filled by others since I've been offline for a while.

Does anyone have any experience or insights re: piggybacking on someone else's credit to boost your own score? Thanks in advance!

I just received a letter from a mediation company that states I am being sued by lvnv funding llc. I check with my local district court and they did indeed file a claim against me. I sent several Validation request letters and they have not answered them. If I truely owe the debt I will pay it, but I want proof that I am legally obligated to pay this bottom feeder company. I sent a Validation request letter to their attorney Solomon and Solomon P.C.via registered mail and got no response.
