i need a number for usfastcash please!!!!

I have gottin over my head with payday loans. I have entered into a dept management plan because I want to pay these people off. But Payday avenue (ECARE) will not work with me. I went default and they told me if I pay in full out of this check my account will not be touched and then i can reloan. The whole idea is to get away from them. They are expecting me to pay on monday. This just is not going to happen. From this forum people have suggested cease and desist letters and closing my checking account as well as letting my payroll department know. I will be doing this tomorrow.

Although PDL's are illegal in my state period. I was looking at the websites of the companies I have PDL's with and none of them have the CFSA logo anywhere either. I have loans with: YourCashBank EZPayDayCash RapidCashForYou TotalLending I could pay them all off if I had about 6 months to do so, I only have 1000 in principal loans. I guess Im just trying to get a game plan together, the less stress the better.

I have a very similar problem with Bodog Life as well. I registered with Bodog in October of 2007 and deposited 50$US in Bodog Credit with a credit card. I went ahead and made a number of winning sports bets (I'm guessing that totaled to 50$) and no later than 24 hours later I received an E-mail stating that my account was being disabled as they had discovered I was a Canadian Resident.

My dad recieved a call from this Collection Agency telling him that they have until the end of the week to make payments arangments for an account that went to Collection on 2002. If no arraingments are made they work directly with the attorneys office and will file in the courts. I looked up on their recent credit report and it shows that this account went into a Charge off. As far as I know my parents are willing to pay this but, can this collection agency do this? Why is my father not able to directly pay the original creditor?
