where can I find out about debt consolidation in south Suburban cook county?

My Chapter 13 bankruptcy was discharged in September 2006. It was filed in April 2004. After receiving notice of the discharged, I also received a refund of money over paid into the court. My mortgage company still insists that I owe them more than $9,ooo.oo, as if the more than $13,000.00 paid into the court was not received by them. At the beginning of each year I receive a notice of foreclosure. Have to retain a lawyer, prove that past arrearage was paid. This cost me time and money.

We are slowly bringing ourselves to the surface from PDLs. After being on unpaid maternity leave and being sick for 2 months, we had to do something to keep our home from foreclosing. So we took out PDLs, b/c we thought that was our only option. By reading, I can tell they illegal in MD, but what do you do about it? I lose at least $800 a month just to them for interest.

I think I read somewhere that a government employee (on the State level) can not have their wages garnished. Anyone know if this is true?

Can I get a loan for approximately $5,000.00 to pay off my bills (consolidate bills) into one payment? Will I need a co-signor or collateral just for a $5,000.00 loan? In order for my credit report scores to really go higher, I need to pay off 3 or 4 bills and have a little left over for my personal needs to get me out of this rut. Can you help me to do just that? Help I had my identity stolen online, and now a company called MYCASHNOW or credit protection depot, not sure, is debiting hundreds of dollars out of my bank account, I had to close my account to keep them away. I don't know where they came from or how the managed to get my account numbers. I had a fraud alert last year put on all my accounts. my information was sold last year to a unnamed source.I have contacted a attorney, and the Attorney General for the state of TN, also consumer affairs.

Has anyone heard of this company? What Payday names do they use? I know a lot of these go under multiple payday names and it all gets so very confusing.

I looked up the information that you asked for. Here it is MTE loan amount 350,00, payments 90,90,140,125,110. They say the next payment is 95 in April and the balance is 195. One Click Cash- Loan amount was 350. Payments have been 105,105,105,105. 155. The next payment is due in April and is 140, they say the balance is 390. These are the only ones I have.
