Can a consumer credit conselor help with payday loans?

I was wondering if I sent them a c&d letter would they automatically debit the amount owed. I've been trying to call so they can debit what I owe (300) and be rid of them but I've had no luck I figured that would get there attention loan 300.00 payed so far 900.00 Almost out of payday hell

I am looking for the mailing address for this number. They go by the name of "Disabled Vets" which seems like a charity but it is a cover for something else. The service provider for the number is Popp Communications in Golden Valley, MN, 800-234-popp. There is a recorded message at the Disabled Vets number that sounds like it is from the phone company, and it is, it is ripped from the phone company and burned onto an answering machine, once the tone ends after the outgoing message you can leave a message. I am having some difficulty by myself but I think a group effort can get it done.

Considering debt settlement utilizing New Horizon Consumer Services. Is this a reputable company?? If not, what companies would you recommend? Thanks so much for any advise/help in this matter!!

I am 20,000 dollars in debt and searching for the best possible solution. I have contacted financial freedom and premier debt centers. It seems Premier Debt Center works on legally disputing the debt and therefore will not affect my credit as negatively as debt consolidation, bankruptcy, or debt negotiation through financial freedom. I have tried directly speaking to my creditors and have had no luck in getting any type of settlement myself. Is premier debt center a trusted company?

I have a really old debt that is not listed on my credit report anymore but I guess is being handled through Federal Pacific. I just got a phone call asking if I could take out a loan to pay them the 800 and some odd they claim I owe. As if! Anyways, the lady told me that they would file a 1099-C with the IRS. I have already filed taxes (first time in four years) and really want to get my return. I only made 3000 last year and got everything I paid back. What is going to happen if they do file one?

Landmark Express Loan: 300 Paid: 90 None towards princ 6. Upfront Payday Loan: 300 Paid: 0 Notes: All of these loans will come out on my next payday 2/15, and I CANNOT afford that.

What do i do when a debt collector takes money from my checking account without authorization?

I pulled my credit report the other day and saw a $40.00 charge from my gym membership that I had last year that was charged off. I knew I paid it so I contacted them and sure enough they found that I had in fact paid it last year and they said they will change it to paid in full. They had been reporting "charged off" on my credit report every month since June of last year which apparently has effected my credit pretty bad. Are they able to remove that from my report??

All of the help I have received from this sight has been great. Now I have one more favor to ask... does anyone out there have addresses for MTE Financial, M1Y, my cash now and BIG? I've overpaid all but My Cash Now and the lenders are all illegal in the state of NC. I am trying to get letters out to each of them.
