In a debt settlement co FINACIRA who has done nothing for me I have 3 judgments against me and have to go to court in Feb I have paid them over 2500 they wont give me my money back Any ideas?

Hi, My problem is a little different. I have inherited the phone number used by about 3 different people who are all apparently in collections. i get repeated calls here for them and no matter how many times I state the do not live here, I do not know who they are and ask to have my name taken off the list. I am told my number will be taken off and then usually I am rudely hung up on. Is there anywhere I can report these agencies and stop the harassment of someone who is not even in collections? I keep getting calls from Nationwide Credit

I am working with a debt settlement Company and I keep getting calls from a company named Nationwide Credit claiming that they now have my American Express account....has anyone had any experience with Nationwide Credit? They are claiming that American Express WILL NOT work with a settlement company because they will only accept 'payments' on my account and that they don't 'settle' with anyone.

I got a payday loan from sandpoint capital and now I am trying to contact them to pay them back. The number I have has been disconnected. Does anyone have a number for them? Thank you

So far, the only candidate among the ones still in the Presidential race who has come out with a position on PDL's is Barack Obama--who is proposing a cap of 36 percent on all loans, including PDL's. He is also calling for a ban on all offshore PDL's. Hillary Clinton has failed to mention anything that I have seen--and none of the major GOP candidates has said anything.

I recently sent nco a limited cease and desist letter for my husband... i just now realized that his last name on his account with them is not his full last name and the letter i sent used his full last name (it's hyphenated). they have continued calling and this was their response: Quote:
Dear ***, thank you for your recent communication. i can assure you that we are committed to assisting you; however, we have been unable to locate the matter you have referenced from the information we have been provided.

My loan amount was $535. I don't even remember anymore. Got letter from Professional Recovery, letter from Thompson&Associates and now calls from someone from Christian,Swanson and Grace. Thompson is in Florida. The person I talked to said I was going to be prosecuted for writing a bad check,etc. Hope this helps with more answers. The guy at Thompson was actually nice. He said they didn't have the file as it was recalled by Professional Recovery and that they couldn't prosecute me .

Another online question. I have a $400 loan with Cash Advance USA. They are taking out $200 tomorrow, $200 on the third of Feb. and than $600 on May 3rd. Another mess for me. Should I stop the debit after the $400 is paid? How do i stop it with my bank because there is no check # to stop.

Is there a sample letter CANCELING ACH Debit Authorizations from being taken from my acct. ANYWHERE on your site? I live in CA. PDL(ALL are internet loans)details are: 1) OneClickCash 7/10/07 borrowed $300 - paid $715 to date only $100 was for principle-still OWE $275!? 2) UnitedCashLoans 11/15/07 borrowed $250 - Have been debited $75 2X and $30 1X on same day 12/4/07? 3) LoanShop/Cimarron 11/28/07 borrowed $200-paid $120 for 1st extension 2nd due 2/4 4)CashCentral(DFS Loans) 12/13/07 borrowed $255 --this got the attempted ACH but returned 6x at least(*$30NSFx6)! Now getting letters.
