Should i take them up on this and pay this even tho my original loan was for 250 and i have paid that over double fold? i sent a complaint to my states attrny general? THey say they are the original creditors but the calls i get are from Westbury Ventures not them.

I feel there should be a wiping of the slate with all the post concerning Validation due to the fact of law changes and even new opinions by courts and federal laws.I am not smart but i read and re read basically the same things in every post concerning validation. I have also seen people ask for help and seen what it takes to validate but noone seems to explain to people what each thing means or how to use it in court or just to tell a CA to take a hike. Hi. I live in Idaho and I currently have just over 5,000 in credit card debt, and also 5,000 in payday loans. Someone suggested I file bankruptcy because it would take care of the payday loans, and I consulted with an attorney who then told me to tell the loan places to cash the checks I wrote and we'd include my bank accounts in the bankruptcy--so I told the loan places to do just that. Now, after talking to some other people I think it might be better (morally, if nothing else!) to NOT file bankruptcy, but rather consolidate all my debt so I can make one monthly payment.

I enjoy this board and it is very helpful and informative but,I have noticed quiet a bit that if a person STATES their opinion and it ruffles feathers of the ones in charge or contradicts theirs it gets deleted due to the facts they some look silly in what they post,it is like if they opinionated and then it is shown they are wrong instead of admitting it they have the threads deleted.

I need to get a payment out soon to a collection agency. It is a pretty big amount I will be sending and I don't know the best way to pay them. I am concerned about a couple of things. 1. If I send it certified check/MO is it possible to track this if the CA cashes it and then says they did not receive payment. 2. If I send it with one of my checks, will they be able to withdraw funds out of my account without my approval. I have read many posts and am just really confused. I have to get this out within the next day or two so any advice would be appreciated.

I have written before . So i will make this short i have 16 pdls. Out of those i only have addresses for 4 of them. I have ph.& fax#s for the rest. Can i fax an email c&ds & wage assignments revokes this way as well. Some i never received paper work for. Thanks
