Hi, I recently had my account closed at Bank of America for suspected fraud. i paid off all debts, but they would not remove the Chexsystems hold, and after several letters to Chexsystems, they refused to as well. I recently wrote a letter directly to the bank. I received a voicemail from a Bank representative. Any advice on things to say and be mindful of?

Yes i have been threatened by someone claiming to be from the california state police saying that if i dont pay almost 3000.00 dollars back for a 300.00 dollar loan i defaulted on when i lost my job they are going to arrest me. Can they arreat me for non payment and can they make me pay back that much money?

Just read through the forums and sent my letter to Plain Green to consider my loan paid in full. Anxiously awaiting response. Im a Ohio resident and wonder how to approach netcash123 and applyadvanceamerica.com. Are they legal? Should I use same approach as Plain Green? Advance America says that I cant revoke the ACH withdrawl.

I have several PDLs. My bank account has been closed by the bank. I have made arrangement with them to make payments via a pre-paid debt card on a pre-recorded conversation. I am a resident of the DC. All of my loans are on-line PDLs. What can I do to pay back the principal for each loan on terms I can afford. Currently they want a payment every payday for outrages amount. For instance I have a loan with USFASTCASH. They deposited 650.00 into my account. I missed my first payment of 195.00. Hello all, I'm new to this community but am so overwhelmed with my situation so I figured this couldn't hurt. Hi I took a $2,000 loan out from Plain Green loans and I have been paying $134 every 2 weeks since July. It is now October 25th, 2012 and they have my balance at $1,893.00. Is there anything that I can do. When I spoke to a customer rep she said my full payback balance would be $5,000. Someone please help me.

This morning at work I got a phone call from a so called investigator with US Cash Advance. He told me this was a criminal matter and that US Cash Advance was pressing criminal charges against me. I hung up on him when he tried to confirm personal information. Right after that, he called me again and asked if I hung up on him and I told him yes as I was at work and I couldn't talk.
