One late pay

I just realized I have a late payment on my report. I pulled my credit report and seen that my auto last payment was late. It does not say 30 day just late. Just late! Does the creditors see it also and will this affect my credit score? They received the payment a few days late and I was penalized but it was not that bad.

I'm at work and the lady calls me from DMS(LOANSHOP), I put in a complaint at the BBB about them. She says that they are going to mark the loan as Paid in Full and that my bank account would not be debited again. I must say I'm kinda surprised. I did get her name and wrote down everything she said just in case. I should be getting an email, too. aquaris00-I don't remember my password.

Ok so let me try and explain this the best I can. First of all I will admit I am stupid and ignored this problem way too long. I kept on getting notices from lvnv funding llc about something I couldn't pay back due to loss of a job and now I got papers in the mail last week about going to court. I had gotten notices in the past about them wanting to work with me and I was afraid of contacting them and just thought it would go away. Well it did for a few months until I got the court papers in the mail.

 

I borrowed money and now the want me to pay it back

This isn't fair. They won't stop calling me and leave me alone. They make plenty of money. They don't need to have me pay. I deserve my fun, too.

how do i get out of credit card debt even though i dont have late payments? i just want to pay one bill per month and see a light at the end of the tunnel.I have about 17000 in total credit card debt

Qualstar credit union was a good option out there for many in Washington ..they have been removed from my list, they now use Chexsystems :cry: Quote:

I have a credit card debt of $11500 and was not able to make minimum payment for a while and now creditors attorney has filed a law suit and I have received a court date. Want to know what options do I have. Shall I make a direct settlement with the creditors attorney and what approach should I use to deal with them?

Can anyone tell me how to respond to there letter? Believe is the letter I faxed them, and below that is their correspondence. I have paid off all my loans and am trying to recoup some of the extra money to pay off the loan my family member gave me to get out of this hell! Attached all bank debits and credits There answer!!!

Gosh I feel so dumb! We had a few hundred dollars in the bank on Friday, we made a huge deposit on Friday night, around 7pm. Anyway, we went grocery shopping that night, and I paid a few online bills. Saturday night, we went out thinking FINALLY we had a bit of 'extra' money to do something with together. Well.... this morning I check my balance and we have a positive current balance and a negative available balance. I called my bank to find out why the check hadn't cleared-- and basically it was because it was an out of state check and we deposited it late Friday night.
