How do i find out how much i owe and to who?

I'm new to the site and I have been reading many of the posts. I too, have problems with payday loan companies. Thanks for all the tips and pointers on what to do. I have filed with the BBB, FBI Internet Crime and AG offices because these scubbags are debiting my account constantly eventhough I sent letters revoking debit authorizations.

I reside in Florida. I have one storefront Advance America - legal and law abiding here in FL I borrowed 500. I pay them 555 every two weeks - wait 24 hours and readvance the 500 I have two internet loans ameriloan - advanced 600 in september have paid them a total of 1550. If I calculate legal amount up through my next payday - 1135 was legal. Ameriloan has been doing 50 principal payments for the past 4 payment cycles Zipcash - advanced 500 in october have paid them a total of 950.

What is a Notice of Entry and why would the company send me a blank one??

They have been calling and making threats to my grandmother. What can I do to put a stop to this? I heard that there is a letter I should sent to them but I'm not sure what it's called or what its supposed to contain.

Hi. I live in IL. I have about $6500 in credit card, medical bills, and phone bill debt. I have received collection letters about 4 years ago, and then me and my wife, we moved and I have never received a letter or a phone call after that. Also, apperantly i am being sued by one credit card company. I know there were summons served but they went to the address that I lived in 6 years ago, so I never responded to them. I wanted to find out what will happen next since I didn't respond to the summons. Also, most of my debt will fall off my credit report later this year and next year.

I am new to the community and I have been reading the posts about bankruptcy and debt consolidation. I am at the tail end of a career change. I went back to college full-time and I work part time as a research assistant at the college. When I first started my career change I had good credit, but I am finding it harder and harder to make my payments. My interests rates on my credit cards have ballooned and I took out my first internet payday loan last month. That's when I knew for sure that I was in trouble because I have always considered them to be a rip off.

I had a bank garnishment last week, from weltman & weinberg. I work out the country the last few years, when i came home in sept. I saw a judgement on my credit report, cause i was trying to work on fixing my credit. I did not know what the judgement was for so i called the creditor which was a credit union. Regarding an old credit card in 2001. I asked for validation and let them know i work out the country could the please send as soon asap. Of course i did not do it in writing. Now here in dec. Im garnished. I put in for a dispute.

Hello There! I have an old debt from midland credit management that i'm not even sure is mine.It's an old hospital bill. The amount is 101.00. Thats right! A hundred bucks! Additionally, they say the date of service is Sept. of 2001. However, they are attempting to report on my credit until May of 2010! If I do the reverse math on May of 2010, come up with a date of last activity of May of 2003. I have never made a payment on this account nor have I ever acknowledged that it was mine.
