It would take up too much space to tell about the whole thing but to sum this up- 3 1/2 yrs ago I got a credit card from HSBC. I paid on it for 2 yrs and realized that 'something wasn't right', the amount kept going up even though I was paying on time and I noticed weird fees with no explanations. I called the company and asked about it and they had no written explanation or one in their system and they were just listed as misc. charges.

I live in Ohio and have payday loans out with : Always Payday $460.00 E-Z Cash $687.00 Check Exchange $230.00 Checkland $230.00 Cashland $230.00 (all Storefronts and have not been paid because I don’t know if I can pay and few dollars and come back next week with more) My wife and I have been going around and around for 4 months attempting to pay these guys off. But bills, rent, and insurance also had to be paid. We have reached the breaking point and have grown tired of the endless merry go round life of these loans.

Hi people thanks for the help with the demand letter now I have one last question on this please, I sent a demand letter to Burgess law office in NY, they are brutal! they told me I was going to be arrested and yada yada, I looked them up and apparently they are trouble, the attorney general wants to be notified about there tacics and they have been to court many times, google them if you like you will see their work, but anyway back to my question, I sent a demand letter on Dec.

I am SO in shock here! I came home from work yesterday to find a letter from the NYS AG waiting for me. The letter states that they have marked my account as PIF! I can't believe they actually responded! :P I filed all of my complaints back in July, and haven't heard a peep from any of the PDLs (except for one) since. This was such a nice surprise. Does anyone have a mailing address for a company called TLC and Associates? They are out of Atlanta GA, or so they said and their phone number is 1-800-557-7416. The problem, they don't want to accept mail in payments, but I am not giving them my account info and I'm not paying the high cost of western union. If they want the money for the debt I owe, I will send them a money order.
