does anyone know why the sol on credit card debt in illinois is 5 years? I have seen online it is 5 years, but I have not seen the proof. Anyone know?

I have tried to contact them to see how much I owe,and they want return my calls. They have been withdrawing the money from my account,but I think I have paid enough.So what should I do if they wont retun My calls and still trying to withdraw from my account.

i had a loan with my cash now and defaulted on it in june july i got an email from them saying to pay 273.69 i couldnt pay that and fri i think it was a collection agency called or it was a lawer phone num was 8008010065 said if i didnt pay 1300.00 by sat they would serve papers to me on mon today now today they called my son that was a reference and told him they will serve him and me on thurs and garnish our wages i know we dont have garnishment in texas except for child support or irs has this happened to anyo

I sent a DV letter to a CA called "Credit Solutions". I just recieved a letter back saying that I failed to provided sufficent information to investigate the disputed information. They are say they need: the specific information being disputed, the basis for the dispute and any supporting documents. What do I do next? Are they just wasting time? Shouldn't they have validated the debt with the information provided?

My son has received notices from a collection agency. It is in reference to a T-mobile bill. He has never been a t-mobile member. What can he do to rectify this situation. He is concerned about his credit report.

I just got a letter from this company in reference to a request for removal letter I sent in, this is their response.... Quote:
