It is from acceptmycash.com I am going to forward this to my AG's office so they can see that people in NC are receiving these things in the mail.

Hello dear friends! I have not had much time to check in on everything, but too a few minutes here to read Froggy's story!! Can't wait for the next chapter! Things have just been so busy with me. Am loving the new job, so far! I feel like I fit right in and have been there forever.

I have been reading a lot here and am so greatful I found this forum. I feel refief just knowing there is help. Here is my question. I have already contacted T&C Should I include my storefront pdl's with T&C or should I work directly with them. I also do not know what to do about my bank account. They said they can not put a stop on ACH debits. I don't really want to close the account because then my husband would find out what I have done. Please advise. Thanks

I have read through the fdcpa and see where it allows only 5 days for a collector to send a written notice after first contact and where the recipient has thirty days to request validation of the debt, I see nowhere, contrary to what I have read on posts here and have posted myself, that there is a time limit for the collector to respond. I have read about improper validations being done several times on the same debt that go on for months. Any help on this??

Ok, I've been a watcher on here for a while, but I have a question and figured this would be the place to get the answer. I sent the debt validation letter to Fairlane and all I got back was copies of 3 of the origional papers signed. What I really need is payment history and balance. This is a vehicle that my husband cosigned for back in 1999. It should have been paid off in 2004 but she didn't pay it off and they didn't repo it. She still has it.

I wrote in earlier about Lazer Lending/DJAT Marketing!! Well they have a collection agency by the name of I Collect and the name that has been threating to take me to court for fraud is in with them!! He called again today and said he sent my information to the Attorney General and I should be expecting papers soon!! He was rude again and very threating!! Can they sue me for fraud just because I closed my checking?? What should I do!! I'm afraid I will lose my job!! Does anyone have any info on I Collect?? I guess it is in Florida!! Please, I am desperate!!

Well I am going to have to hire a lawyer. This is so aggrivating. The school said that I should have purchased insurance from them to protect my child at school. WTH! Why would I have to protect my at school when by law I have to send him there. I've spoken with an attorney today and I am expecting a return call to see if he will handle the case.
