Hey everyone, I just got a summons from court about my citibank credit card. I owe about $6400 on it..A lot of it is interest on it I really probably owe about $4000...I'm not sure what to do I'm in a financial crisis right now. The account is about 7 years old and has been traveling to different collections agencies..And now I get the summons..What should I do..I heard of a law school student lawyers that might work for free..

Hello, I received a letter from a lawyers office stating a notice of motion which states i owe a large amount of money. As they did to me almost a year ago they did all these court things really fast then went into my bank account and took all my money. I do not want this to happen again. Does anyone know what i have to do in order to prevent any further chaos from happeneing?

Payday Loan help I have 5 payday loans USA Payday 250.00 + 78.67 in fees every other week Cash Net USA 500.00 + 87.00 in fees every other week Payday OK $500 + 145 in fees every other week my cash now $400 + $125 in fees every other week I have to figure out the name of the other one - it is $300 + $90 every other week in fees. Please give me some tips on this situation as I cannot afford this any longer. I need to stop the interest piling up - then I can pay them off.
