Keeps calling me, I even tried to trick them and act as if the call was being recorded but still nothing, and ideas on how to get a company to stop calling you at work??

ameriloan is worrying the S*** out of me tell me that they are going to put the defaulted loan on my credit report. Can they do that and if they do can I dispute it?

These morons called today threatening legal action unless I call them back. The receptionist kept them in phone outer space until they finally relented and left a message. After being up at the cabin for 4 days :) and decorating it for Christmas I was wondering how you all decorate for the holiday? Do you go all out, or is it just simple and cozy? Do you have a real tree or do you have a fake one? I have a fake tree at the cabin, it is pretty and fit up there real well. I have orniments on there that are all animals like deer,bears,moose,chipmunks, anything you find in the woods. Plus a bunch of bulbs that range from 50+ years old to some that I bought from the dollar store.

Last year I was served with a law suit from Wolpoff & Abramson for a credit card debt from an old credit card account that went to Centurion collection agency. I wasn't smart about what I could do and I chose not to go to court to fight this. I received a default judgement against me in this case. I have since learned more of my rights by reading threads on this site and others. I haven't heard from anyone about this until this past weekend. I received a letter from Wolpoff & Abramson saying that they need my asset information or they will supoena me for a deposition.

Right now I have 1 account on my credit report with a a balance (2 if you count the sold charge off, which I just keep DVing and no CA has validated). The current balance is $3,066 - it was far less in 2005 when the account was first charged off, but I guess interest and such made it jump. It's set to fall off the report in 2011, and so far they haven't come after me at all. Is it possible that they'd accept a PFD payment plan?
