How's it feel to be of legal drinking age?

I just recently moved to Virginia a few months ago when my bank account went red. I went online and found what I suppose are called pdls (ameriloan and 500fastcash). The both lended me 200 dollars which was just enough to get my account back to positive, lucky. That was five paydays ago and I called yesterday to inquire about my balance. It was 195 for each company. I have paid them 300 each and happen to not think they deserve more. My bank account was started in New York, so I was wondering if there was anything that I could do not to pay them anymore.

I am really hoping that someone can help me out here. I recently received a credit card "offer" from Genesis Financial Solutions on behalf of Portfolio Acquisitions & Management. Basically, they want me to accept their credit card in trade for PA&M considering a balance on a very old credit card as paid in full (the balance gets transferred from PA&M to this credit card). Anyhow, I am making an attempt to send out a debt validation letter, but am unable to find ANYTHING on Portfolio Acquisitions & Management.

I have some things on my report that say paid,but are still on there. What gives?

I am currently considering filing chap. 7 due to recent medical bills. To make a long story short, I have recently incurred medical bills that are over twice my annual income (which is below the median for my state). Furthermore, because I must continue to pay off my (non-dischargeable) student loans, I don't see myself being able to pay off these medical bills in any reasonable amount of time. So I have two questions: 1) The medical bills are less than a month old, and I have not made any payment on them.
