aside from BOFA is there any other friendly banks here in pa?

I am not sure exactly how things will go, but yesterday I sent 2 emails(using info. from this site) to the loan shop(i have 2 loans with them) I have not had a response, I just pray they don't attempt to debit my account since i have revoked this right from them-it seems like lots of pdl companies ignore that part. I also sent one to united cash loans-these are ones that I know i have paid well over the principle on. I am not sure what to do with the others which i have yet to actually pay back the principle amount.

I woke up this morning, turned on the tv and there was an informercial on with Kevin Trudeau about debt! Of course he left a lot of cliff hangers as to have u buy the book with cd and a newsletter. But was just curious as to if anyone else read this book?? Thanks for any feed back, Ang

I believe there are penalties involved and am researching this currently.

i took out a pdl with a check cashing store that does payday loans also.. it was for 200 they told me that after 2 weeks i can roll it over. and when i asked how come they can roll over and rollovers are illegal he didnt awnser me.. i paid the rollover fee once before defaulting ive been paying 20 a mounth thru t&c my questain is this store front operating illegally?

How long does a person remain in chex system? A friend of mine got in to a bad situation with the bank through payday loans 10 of them. They have overdrawn the account by $2,500 through fees (banks and pdl fees), needless to say the bank closed the account. My friend tried to open an account at a different bank, but was turned down. I suggested a secured pre-paid debit card would have to do for a while. :?: :?:
