From my previous questions: I spoke to the AG office yesterday, and I will be sending them all info pertaining the pdls. I asked her if the huge amounts of money I paid on the previous loans under the same pdl name could be put towards current loans and she said she didn't think so.. but again she stated she is not a legal person. Anyway I don't want to pay these horrible people more... So being embarrassed about doing multi loans and in dire health at the time, I did.... JHS MARKETING loans total $650.00 total paid to them $1030.00 nothing paid on recent loan...

I took out way too many payday loans at one time and have now realized that I am trouble. I have talked to a company who says they can work with all the companies. I have closed my bank account and am now arranging to send the money I can afford to go to the debt consolidation company. Can I get in trouble or because I have gone to another group to help me is it considered ok? I mean in the eyes of the law.

I applied for a loan that was approved by Beacon but a deposit was never made to my account and after reading the complaints. I wonder if i should close my account or not worry about it since a deposit was not made its been 3 days now since they approved me.

I'm in the process of trying to resolve payday loan issues. Before I close my bank account, I want to compile all the info for these loans. What is the best way to do this? I can print things for my own records, but should I take screen shots as well? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am leaving the civilized world for a bit, I'm trying to put my affairs in order first. I live in south Carolina, as far as I can make out this company is not a legally licensed payday loan company. If tried several tatic's, even went so far as to offer to pay back entire loan through family member. They said since it wasn't my due dat they couldn't take payment. Now the other day a friendly man called me and told me I owed a bill. He said I owed 1800 for a payday loan but I could settle it for 400 now. I balked at him. I was called a few more times by the agency but FAILED to answer. The sheriff came to my job and put me in handcuffs for not paying the bill. Now that I have paid the sheriff let me off. I received a certified letter in the mail from the municipal court on behalf of midland funding. In the amount of 1107.00 I obviously don't have the money to pay this or pay for a lawyer what should my next step be?

What are the AZ statues of limitations on collecting on a payday advance?

I borrowed 300 and have paid that amount and then closed my bank account and now they call me telling me I owe 700 cause of the latest payments being returned. Do I still need to pay more or am I good as long as I paid what I borrowed??? Can they legally do anything to me in the state if Indiana??
