I have been dealing with cash call also, I sent them an ACH revocation letter and had to send it 8 times before i finally got a reply that they received and procesed it, and i was copying both of those contacts on all my emails. THEN i see today even after they had said they procesed my request they stil pulled the money out of my account anyways. I have emailed both of those contacts and the customer service email box every hald hour since 10 am so i know i am blowing up their mailbox, and have yet to have a reply

I have an installment loan with Loan Express in Texas. The loan was for $300 and I have made 1 payment of $75. My payment is due, and I can't afford to make the payment. It is almost 30 days past due now. The store manager is calling me, and threatening to come to my job. I told her I could not make the payment today, in plain terms. She said that didn't matter, and they had to get the money today. She said she will come by my office later today. They are completely and totally unwilling to make ANY arrangements or payment plans. What possible options do I have?

I called and spoke to someone from the Louisiana Office of Financial Institution and she told me that I needed to call the District Attorney or Sheriff office to explain my story to them. She also said that anytime a check is written and the company feels as if the check was worthless then the company has the right to turn it over to the District Attorney office and it is not a violation of the Office of Financial Institution.

I was recently called yesterday by someone who calls themselves an "investigator" and the proceeded to tell me that i would be prosecuted if i didn't pay money for a payday loan that I recieved in 2008 and it would be considered fraud and i could face up to 3 yrs in federal. I live in the state of CT all payday loans ar ILLEGAL in this state.come to find out after i did some reasearch. So my question is, is any of this possible? or are they just trying to use tacticks to scare ppl into paying?

My situation is that today after work, I'll be paying off my last installment of my payday loan using an EPP. I asked the company on the phone (check into cash) if I could take out another loan after I pay it off, they said I have to wait 8 days, well having car issues and work, I can't make it another week with little to no money. So, what I'm wondering is if I went to a different payday loan lender today after paying off my EPP, will they let me take out a small loan or will I have to wait 8 days at another place too?
