The Joys of Moving Out Before the Lease is Up

We are moving out of the apartment before our lease is up. I expect we'll be out of here by November. We can't sublet it & we can't break the lease-so we'll keep paying the rent until the end of the lease in January. Only problem is...its hot out tonite...well hot for me...its 65F...being pregnant I feel like its 75F! Our AC (that comes with the apartment) is on the fritz to top it all off. But we can't call the landlord to fix it as our apartment is pretty empty & we have boxes everywhere! LOL!

I can't support myself. All of my bills (mainly student loans) and NEEDED expenses such as gas food are over my monthly income. I come from a small town and live with my parents because I can't afford to live on my own, even with a bachelors degree and an actual career. My question is, is there anything I can do other than file bankruptcy?

Has anyone here had this company ruin their credit back in Nov.06 when they swithced everyones account number. They did mine but left live the old number thus, I have one account charged off and the other not reported on since Nov.06 and I have never, ever been late on my car payment in almost 5 years and it is paid in full this comming July 08. Wells and all the credit agencies deny whatever I send,fax,call,email, etc. If you had this problem what have you done to correct it. I sure need your advise. Thank you in advance, Luke

My answer to a LVNV summons/complaint is done. It is not "due" till the end of October. Should I send it in sooner or later? I send off a debt validation letter, and I don't expect to hear anything from either the lawyer or LVNV. Should I just file the answer then let them answer me? Or should I wait until the next to last day (i.e. almost to deadline) and take it to the courthouse personally. I am trying to wait out 30 day timeline for DV so I can add to my answer that they never validated the debt within 30 days.

Sciatic Pain

Hi everyone. Just to share, I suffer from some sciatic problems. It is on my right side and from time to time, I feel tingling in my foot and have terrible cramping in my right leg. I usually feel it twinge a little each day, but sometimes it really gets out of control and I have to just lie down with my legs propped up on pillows to get relief. Does anyone else here have this problem, and if so, what do you do to get relief?

I have fallen into the payday loan trap and need some serious assistance in getting back out again. Rent is due (I'm a renter, no home to borrow against), I'm broke, I'm just barely covering the refinance fees on my loans, and I have horrible credit (below 600). Nobody will lend to me, as the only collateral I have to offer is my 2000 Escort, which is only worth around $2000-$2500. I need about $3000 to get set right again and get out of the payday loan fiasco. My family and friends are not in any position to assist me, even with co-signing for a loan. Please help!
