I live in Indiana and bank with Fifth Third and I have 4 internet payday loans hitting every 2 weeks. The loans are with ameriloan; United Cash; USD Cash; and Payday Cash. Lke everyone else I thought I could manage paying these off when due, but, they are taking so much of my paycheck I can't pay on princial. Have other Hoosier found a way out of this? Like it many people here, I got caught in the payday loan cycle. I had to take out more and more to cover my bills and the charges. I'm in Florida and I hate to say this but I have 10 Payday Loans right now. They are all from the internet: 1. Mycashnow - Borrowed 300/Paid 445.26 2. United Cash - Borrowed 300/Paid $540 3. OneStepCash - Borrowed 300/Paid $540 4. ameriloan - Borrowd 300/Paid $625 5. VC Funding - Borrowed 300/Paid $270 6. ZipCash - Borrowed 300/paid $180 7. American Consumer - Borrowed 300/Paid $360 8. CMG Group - Borrowed 300/Paid $360 9.

I have like around $.4000 in debt by 4 creditors and i want to Consolidate all and make 1 monthly payment. Am 21 years old and i make around $1000 every 2 weeks and i live in NJ. Please help. am current on all these debts i always make my minimum payments but sometimes i forgot to make a payment on time, and i end up making a lot of late fees payments.

Iam in payday hell, what should I do? Ican't pay them off...

I've got 45,000.00 in credit card debt. i don't know how I let it get to the point but .... now, i'm searching for a way out. i have been doing online browsing for debt relief agencies and debt consolidation. i'ev also used BBB.com to look for a couple of sites but still not sure which one to pick. it's really hard to trust a company after reading about all the fakes and crooks out there ... any ideas?

I got an email from B&L Marketing regarding the fax I sent them. It urged me to call them. I called them and they asked why I sent the letter, when I should've just called and explained the situation. I told them payday loans are illegal in IL and I am only responsible for the principal. The lady told me that I signed a contract stating I would pay XXX amount off. I asked about a repayment plan and she said I can pay via Moneygram.. She wouldn't give me an address I could send payments to.

If a charged-off account is now in the hands of a collection agency, what are the laws in terms of reporting the account. There is an account I had with First Premier Bank that was charged-off for $722. It is now with Arrow Financial, who is asking for almost $1000. FPB and Arrow Financial are listed on my credit report, therefore having the same account listed twice. Both accounts are listed in the "Accounts" section, not any collection or public record section.

I posted this on another thread but it was pretty deep in the thread so I started a new one to see what someone might think. I am a memeber here, but I forgot my password and for some reason it is taking awhile to get here. I sent a debt validation letter to LVNV and I heard back from Resurgent Capital on a credit card debt that was a Sears card. In my letter I stated that I am resolving all issues through Town & Country and that I needed the validation to send it on to them. I checked my credit alert today and I see LVNV has changed my account to "account information disputed by consumer".
