So - I have lots of threads on Western Sky selling the loan to Cash Call; however, I am a bit different. I applied to Cash Call and they sold it to Western Sky. I live in Maine, and have overpaid this loan to the amount of almost 7k - yet, Cash Call is an approved lender in the State of Maine...which I am sure is for their mortgage side of the house. However, I am getting ready to send my letter to them and want to make sure I have my facts straight.

I have 2 payday loans out and can't get in contact with the lenders to make a payment and am worried they will deduct too much money from my account the lenders are Excel Management LLC and SGQ LTD

I live in state of Kentucky and I have several payday loans I owe for from Internet pay day loans can my wages be garnished for defaulting on these loans.

Hello - I am really hoping I can get some advice on my situation. I have been stuck in a payday loan spiral for over a year, and now it is completely out of control. I had some real hardship earlier this year that lead to multiple installment loans... but now I can't afford my rent, I'm 2 months behind on my legitimate debt, and I don't know what else to do. Hello, Several years ago (back in 2009), I had some money problems and took out a couple payday loans payed a couple payments then realized my bank account was going to be severely over drafted and closed my account. I have been doing much better since then and have been trying to clean up my credit. I have recently been contacted by a company saying they were going to send me to court over one of these past loans. I requested documentation in writing (I have not received anything prior to this, but moved two years ago). They failed to send me anything to my email or home.

I defaulted on a federal student loan, which had about $18,000 left on it, back in 1983 or 1984. Collection agencies have contacted me a few times over the years but I ignored them. I have not heard anything from them for many years now. Suddenly, I received notice that my wages are being garnished. OK, I deserve that. But what they want from me is $81,950. 30 years of accrued interest. I am just two years from retirement. How can I get this surreal amount reduced? Can they also garnish my social security? If I live to be 110, it will not be paid off.

Hi, I was looking for a payday loan a few months ago and I saw Hydra Fund deposit 200 dollars in my account. I never signed anything or talked to anybody from Hydra fund. I dont know anything about them. but since then they have tried to get money from my bank account which is now closed because of insufficient funds. yesterday i got a call from a collection agency saying they will contact my job and start legal proceedings if i dont pay. they will settle for four hundred dollars. I dont know if I should pay them or what.

Hello, I have a question about my ING savings account. I recently received an check, and deposited the check into my BOA checking account. I put in a transfer to move the money into my ING savings account. I did not realize that due to the size of the check, BOA put a hold on the original deposit. Because of this, the deposit into my ING savings account was returned NSF, causing a $35 fee from BOA. The money is still showing as being in my ING savings account, so they haven't gotten word that the deposit has been returned.

Can you still send Plain Green the letter of notifying them that you are aware that they are illegal and your only paying the principle amount if you account is now in their collections, my account is with "PRG and associates litigation and fraud investigation department"?
