we need to find a place to consolidate a school loan with 2 credit card loans + about 12000 dollors is there a place that can do this over an extended amount of time for less per month

I am fairly new here and am trying to get my way out of payday loan hell. I've thought about going the T&C and Langhorne route, and will do that for a couple of mine, but there are several PDL's that I have way overpaid. I am going to handle these folks on my own. Is there a database for example letters, etc. or does anyone have a link to anything useful? Thanks in advance

in the last two months? I just got told by ACE cash express pdl that the laws have just changed and they can now do wage garnishment and I said no you can't do that and she said yes we can the law has changed? I tried a couple of phone numbers, but can't get a clear answer. So, can someone please tell me who to contact to see if this is the truth or lie? Thanks, Kelly

OH YEAH!! GREAT DAY TODAY!! Woke up...decided to set up a few utility payments...and to my EXCITED MOST SURPRISED BEST FEELING RIGHT NOW...A FULL REFUND FROM AIP!!! OH YEAH!!!! What??? Just as I was getting frustrated from them not responding to the BBB or my state dept. of corp, no letters from them or anything...A FULL REFUND!!! All the money I overpaid...$957 back in my account!!! Isn't it lovely?? I thought so as well! Have a GREAT day everyone, and keep on sending them letters, and filing them complaints...IT WORKS!!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!

I was just laid off from work, and I am unable to pay the full amounts of my loans, is there anything I can do, so my loan wont default, or so that the bank wont pursue any legal matters??? Can I make small payments to them?? Any help would be appreciated,
