I have asked this question to another legal web site and can not find out anything about these people. The name of them is ChildSupport Network Services out of Arizona. We have maybe about $2000.00 more to go on paying back child support. We pay through the court. Evidently the ex signed up with these people. Last week they sent a letter to my husbands place of employment to garnish his wages. $17,000 in finance charges. There was no court order to garnish his wages. These people are so rude, they call and laugh that they are garnishing his wages. What can we do.

I do not know, whether it is possible to ask such questions in this section. To me are urgently necessary money. As it is possible to earn fast money? Please, answer. I require the help

One thing I am unsure of in regards to handling violations, should I attempt to contact the ca first, or go directly to the cra's or even the ftc?

Today we received 3 settlement offers for some credit card debt about 1 yr old that went to collection agency. 3 seperate debts and they all want to settle for 50%. Just a week ago, we got nasty letters but now we get settlement offers. Unfortunately we only have the cash on hand this month to settle on 1 of them...better than nothing. But, for the other 2, do you think they will ever offer that again if we cannot do it this time around? Do you think they would take payments on a settlement(stupid question but I needed to ask)? Thanks!

So Dendy office who works my fav people, CACH, told me today they filed for a continueance of our court date on Monday. It's on the basis that they recieve my settlement and it goes thru their bank as good. So now my question is can i call the clerk of court to make SURE they actually did continue this?? They sent me an email saying they have but i want to make SURE before just not showing up! thanks for putting up with me the last few days. This has totally stressed me out! Starting to feel a little better but won't be 100% until i have the SIF in my hands! Ang
