Okay, just got a telephone call from Cash Transfer Centers. Calling to verify my employment for a wage assignment that they mailed on me. I got the call. I do the HR/payroll stuff myself. Gave a false name (of course) as to who I was. Apparently they have mailed a wage assignment. I have not received it. I pray to God I get it before my friggin boss does. However, she is faxing it to my office now & will be "waiting to hear from me". Okay, I understand that wage assignments are strictly voluntary upon the employer.

Hello. Just an update on how my friend is doing with her checkngo installment loan. She contacted them a couple of weeks ago and attempted to make payment arrangements. Of course, they were unwilling to make arrangements and told her that she needs to give them account information to bring the account current by 9/15/07. She said that it would be impossible and was told by the rep. that she couldn't guarantee what would happen and that it might be sent to third party collections. Well, as of today, she has heard NOTHING from checkngo...no phone call, no email, no letter.

Check this out everyone, Staradvance just sent me this "settlement offer" even though they are SO illegal and not even in the US: They then break down a bunch of "payment plans" which are ridiculous. Can you believe these guys? They come out of the woodwork after several months and offer me this garbage???

This website has given me the opportunity to meet alot of great people willing to help. It also has given me the tools to revoke these PDL Companies from my money for good. After 3 days of researching, internet searching I found this great source for information regarding Ca Laws for PDL. It even lists company that have no business issuing PDLs to Ca Residents. Does a creditor have a right to contact my references when they have a number for me and have talked to me within the week?

magnum z llc got stop stealing from people ,people work hard for the money and they just sitting thier lazy ass and couch getting paid from people like you and me that bust thier asses everyday and nite just to make enuogh for kids and family goods.
