Is it worth the time to file them? I have had NO luck at all.........

Some of you might know that earlier this month these A$$holes took out 300.00 out of my checking account without my authorization. Well, I disputed it and got the charges reversed with my bank......I filed all the complaints and of course the BBB responded saying that they have tried numerous times to reach Ambassador Collections and have had no luck.... I also filed against the AG of Indiana.......I'm probably going to have the same luck just like I have had with all of the complaints...NO RESPONSE! :(

I recently was appointed attorney-in-fact (power-of-attorney) for my 85 year-old father and have full control/responsibility for handing his financial affairs. Before this all became official a week ago, I did some sleuthing to confirm suspensions he was not taking care of financial obligations (utilities * taxes. Thankfully mortgage paid on time!). In a pile of papers I came across a collection letter from a LVNV Funding stating amount owed and a settlement amount for Lowe's. Unfortunately, my father just a few days ago threw out all of those papers before I came back to the house.

I'm sorry if this has been posted a million times, I couldn't find anything about it. What would proper validation be? Is a CA sending you duplicates of past statements enough? I appreciate any input. Thank you.

Opened up my computer this morning to this A very official E mail from the IRS( wow, now the IRS e mails us). Anyway , it goes on to say that there was an error found , and they owe me 368.14. Well. i know that they owe me 0.Actually I am paying them for some taxes that I owe. Any refund would go against that. All I have to do to get my "refund" is fill in the attached form. Guess what they need ? My bank routing number and my account #.

I first want to take the time to thank this Forum. I was looking into signing with American Debt Foundation, Inc until I ran across this forum. Thank you all for helping me not make a huge mistake. I now have a Cerdit Card bill just shy of $12,000. I am still current on the payments. This was a surprise to me as I knew of only $8,000 on the card. My wife and I have been getting ready to divorce and our goal was to pay off the card before we do. She was also in control of the finances.

I am currently going thru a divorce and my credit has gone down the drain. I plan to buy a condo inthe near future if i ever can with my terrible credit. I was not working while married and my bills added up now I am employed full time and would like to see if I have any chances of ever getting my condo? Need answers as to how long it will take or if i ever will be able to purchase a property?
