Finally I found this site again. I am in desperate need of help.Went through a bad time mentally/emotionally and got in over my head. I am in Arizona and have 6 payday loans (2 storefront and 4 internet) and an overdrawn and fee-ridden bank account. My loans online are with: Cashnetusa,Oneclickcash,ameriloan and Fastwire. My storefront are with urgent money service(jerks) and Check-n-go. A debt consolidation loan would save me, but having trouble with that and I'm not finding a counseling service that can work with this situation.Please help.

Hello, I am also writing because I have been served legal papers. I cannot afford a lawyer to contest the motion that was sent to me. The law firm that sent the papers refuses to send me any original documentation with my signature. I am lost and I do not know what to do! The amount of money that the law firm is asking for is alot and they have not provided any true documents that they bought the contract from a credit service. I do not want a judgement placed against me! I want this taken care of, but I don't know where to start. Does any one have any idea what I shuold do?

OK, need any info that anyone has on this company. Already looked at the BBB site and they have been registered since 1994 and have not had any complaints in 36 months. Reason asking considering trying to refinance the house through them. Said they may be able to help us, so wanting to know if anyone has dealt with them or what anyone may know about them. They said they have a "new program" that may be able to help us out. Advice please!!!!

Hi guys, I have a loan with these guys for $300 and to date, I have paid them $120 (in rollover fees)...So, since I closed my old account, the payment to them from my last pay date bounced. (I had sent them several e-mails asking for my loan documents, but of course they never responded.) After the payment bounced, I received an e-mail from them attempting to make other arrangements to pay off the balance of $360.

Last year my wife had a couple surgeries and she was off of work for a year. I have 3 kids and DES wouldn't help because I was making $10.50 an hour at the time and I made too much for assistance. So I had to use what credit i had to get loans and so did my wife, so we didn't have to deprive our kids of a somewhat decent life. Now we are in so much trouble and I just want the calls to stop and I want my credit cleared of those debts. I have pretty good payment history with all my debtors, but it is getting too overwhelming. I would appreciate the help so much. Thank you, Pablo Camacho

Below is a copy of the settlement letter I received today from Emerald Marketing Group as a result of complaints I'd filed with the BBB and State Attorney General's office. Quote:

Dear (name withheld for privacy): This law firm has been retained to represent Emerald Marketing Group with regard to the complaints that you have filed regarding your loan with the company.   ASG and Allied gladsionui@aol.com 18 years 6 months ago Is ASG the same company as allied interstate? I got something in the mail the other day from Allied saying that their client ASG wants them to collect on a debt that I have with ASG. I sent ASG a verification request on Aug 1 2007 and heard nothing back, so now do I need to send another to this Allied group? Plus the amount is 1000.00 more than what ASG said that I owe. I also tried to woprk out some type of payment plan with ASG as I just want to rid of this, but they would not except what I could pay each month, they wanted about 3 times more, which I do not have right now.   I am looking for a good credit counseling service anonymous 18 years 6 months ago I currently have about 18,000 in credit card debt. I don't have a problem making minimum monthly payments, usually, I can pay a little more than the minimum but I would like to find a good credit counseling service. Do you have any suggestions? I applied at two different locations, but after seeing their offers, I decided not to accept either loan and perfomed none of the steps that their sites said I would need to do to confirm and receive the money. Neither company had authorization from me to even deposit any money into my account since I applied but didn't accept their offers. The next day though two deposits were put into my account for $100 each. I thought it would be more trouble than it was worth to have the money returned.   I need help Is arrowhead investment the same as Power fundin anonymous 18 years 6 months ago I am still working on stop my PDL nightmare. The one I am workin on now is Power Funding. The only document I have from them was a request to PIF the loan from 1/24/07 Since that time they continue to debit. I have paid $1170 for a $300 loan. Here is the question the fax number listed on the Form I have matches the fax number people gave out for arrowhead investments? Also I have called Power funding and left a message for Jan. Please help Fax number is 866.379.7667 Phone numbers do not match though.
