I am being sued by acompany called ram property in georgia i broke my lease jan 06 i owed 2months rent and know they have left a writ summons on the floor out side my apartment i was never served and mind you this was 17 months ago i have had no contact until now i filed for bankruptcy aug of 05 and it was discharged 12/05 will this cover this debt.

This is just eerie to me. I defaulted on 9 loans last Friday...a week ago. I retained Langhorne Law but I do not think they have contacted anyone yet. They are very nice when I do get ahold of someone, and seem very understanding. But every email I have sent to them has been unanswered. I work during the hours of their operation, so I can only email. The eerie part is, I have only heard from a couple of them, and mostly by email. 2 of them have called my cell and work. But they are just leaving messages to call them back.

I googled comdes.com and found this site, but am unable to locate any info on who this is??? I was run over by a pickup, and was injured. I went through my insurance at work since it was job related... My insurance company declined the claim due to a 8 year old injury... pre-exsisting... OK Well I would have never gone to the doctors and gotten into dept so Bad if I would have known this would have gone this long... Lawsuit is pending, though I am not holding my breath... Just a short introduction of myself also...

A couple of months ago I saw on someone's thread that they found an online bank that didn't do Checx Systems check. This is my story... (another one) My daughter took out a couple of PDLs online and have not been able to paid them back, because of prsonal reasons...(if you must know, lost her job, had to go into rehab, almost lost her baby) and is finally out of the mess, but the credit union that she had the account with is charging her +$700 in NSFs and all kinds of crap that those companies presented and messed up the account.

Forum friends, I would of never done this without your support and advice. I received via email today from PaydayOK, my account marked PIF. I was down in the dumps when I joined this website and with much effort and persistence, I learned laws in my State and I have the strength to battle these loans. You guys are the best!

At what point would you think they would meet me there or do you think if it went to collections would i have a better chance of geting a better offer. Thanks
