Are CMG Group LLC licensed lenders. I found a CMG group LLC address in Nevada, is this correct? They put $300.00 in my account that I did not authorize and they have taken out $180.00. I filed a complaint with my Attorney General in PA and also the AG in Nevada. Does anyone have anymore info on them??

Hi Everyone Well, I did all my work. I filed complaints, got a new checking account, sent all my letters, and once again have a full pay check. Thank you all for the wonderful support and advice. I live in Michigan, have 7 payday loans, all over the internet-e-payday for $300 (paying since February, rolling over $90 every two weeks); payday island $300, rollover for $60 every two weeks since June; mte financial $300 rollover $90? every two weeks since May; paycheck today for $200 rollover $60 every two weeks since mid june; National Money Store for $350 rollover $75 every two weeks since July; ZipCash for $300 and I can't remember anything else. My parents recieved a phone call from the the law offices of Paul kuperstein. I called it and it was threatening legal action on a loan they stated was earlier this year. The loan company they were refferring to is over 3 yrs old and I declared bankruptcy between now and then. and it was listed on the bankruptcy can they do this?? can they legally contact my parents??

How do you get a collection agency to stop calling you, its not us they are after but a adult 39 yr old son who used our phone number years ago without permission. and now this company calls almost daily and is very nasty, we are sr. citizens with medical problems, they have refused to take us off their calling list. thank You Valerie Boucher

Wells Fargo has ruined my credit and could care less. They gave everyone new account numbers back in Nov.06 and they have the old and new account numbers active with the old as a charge off and no pay and the new one not active since Nov.06. I have never ever been late on a payment and, never missed a payment. My car is due to be paid off July 2008. It shows on all my credit agencies files. I have called, faxed, emailed, sent letters to their credit repair department, nothing. They are bad people. Even the credit agencies wonkt listen, they say each other is right and assign a point value.
