i have 5 payday loans and 6 credit cards. I need to get rid of the payday loans and pay off my credit cards and only keep 1. If i can get a loan i will be ok. but i have poor credit score and i have been looking all over for a place to grant me a loan with no success. can anyone help?

Received a call from a Mr. Hogan? from Nationwide legal and investigation department phone number 1-877-711-1199 informing me that a background investigation is being done on me for fraud for receiving funds over the internet, which is a federal offense. I did send them an email after they threatened me the first time about a month ago as posted below. Anyone else having this problem? I could see how this could scare someone half to death, but thanks to this forum, it didn't phase me.

I finally got a call from the loss prevention department of my bank..after writing them to explain the situation. (The ipdls continuously debited my account and forced the account back open, the bank branch wouldn't stop it). I was told I am in the red for $1473. which has to be paid off in 12 months. I again explained the situation and she said she understood and had heard the same story from several people recently. She was very sympathetic but said in her dept. there wasn't anything she could do to reduce the fee's.

Hi, I need some help trying to find out what collection agency is harassing me. They're trying to collect on a debt that the Statutes Of Limitations expired on in 2002. I need help figuring out what company it is because lately the calls have been increasing and have become very threatening and harassing. There are 5 different numbers that have been calling me from. I know the ones with the 716 area code are from the Buffalo, New York area and the one with the 410 area code is from the Baltimore, Maryland area. That's all I know though.

I currently have 4 default payday loans I am only receiving calls for two one is American International processing (AIP) and Payday services. I had set up payment arrangements but my account soon went into recovery causing the debit to be returned. I received a call from AIP today saying that my debit was returned because my account had closed (which is had not) that if I need not give the new account information they were going to report me for intent to steal. I am current getting funds together to pay off all my loans and debt but I don't like being scared into paying money.
