It has been such a pain so here is all the info I have on these companines, I hope it helps someone else! I have many payday loans horrible situation really need company or lawyer that can help. I dont want to be harrased as a bad check writer? Can they do that? For internet loans?

I was just reading through one of my loan agreements . Does by signing a Loan Agreement, I have to abide by their state laws instead of my own state laws? Or does the fact that they aren't licensed in my state override that fact?

I just signed up with a debt settlement program yesterday I just signed the contract and sent it back. A few weeks ago I received a letter from a law firm representing Capital One stating that they have not decided wether to file a suit against me or not. They said I have 30 days from the date on the letter to have the debt validated. I did sent a letter requesting validation last Friday. Yesterday I received a call from them they did not leave message, however I saw their number on my caller ID. I don't know what to do I am scared.

Does anyone have a mailing address for Payday Services, MTE or North American Financial?

Ok, I'm back yet again! One of the PDLs that I emailed on Saturday and faxed a letter to yesterday stating that I revoke their right to attempt to collect from my acount attempted to send it through my account anyway! :evil: This made my account in the red of over $1000. The bank provided me with a dispute line to call if this would happen, which I will do... but is there anything I can do regarding the company that blatantly disregarded my email/fax?

I have 6 payday loans for about $1800 and a very high interest loan with Cash Call balance about $5300.00

I live in fl and i am trying to get out of my payday mess. I have been able to contact all but two of my pdl's to pay them off this week. The other two I have no information on. I have paid well over the amount of the loan so I want to issue a stop payment/fraudulent charge on them. I looked through the website of the dept of corp but couldnt find anything, could someone provide me with a link or website? Or if anyone knows how to get in touch with ASAP or ashland funding.

Ok, the first company I am going into battle with is Oneclickcash. I have calculated that I have paid them $650 on a $400 loan. I want them to mark my account paid in full. Should I send an e-mail stating, in summary: You’re company is illegally lending money in my state of residence. To avoid me filing complaints with my state's Attorney General, please mark my account as Paid in Full as I have paid you over $650 for a $400 loan.” Any advice would be appreciated. What can I expect to hear from them after this?

I have a question about how this works... My 1st checking account was finally closed by the bank due to overdrafts. I have written them the whole pdl saga and sent the letter to the home office, loss prevention dept. and the 2 branches in which I tried to get help. I am assuming by now I have been reported to Chexsystems. I was able to open a new account at a different bank before my account went belly up from all the ipdls attacks. My question is: Can I write checks at stores using my new account or will the check not go through because of chexsystems??
